Job Description: Accountant

  1. Keep books of accounts
  2. Prepare trial balance, monthly and quarterly reports
  3. Arrange for annual audit
  4. Prepare annual budgets
  5. Prepare tax returns for the Partners
  6. Arrange for payment of QPDs, VAT, PAYE, withholding and other taxes
  7. Administer the payroll
  8. Arrange for procurement
  9. Identify and mitigate risk in the Accounts Department
  10. Put in place strategies to increase market share
